Does Plugovoy Photography have insurance?

We know life is unpredictable and things happen, so YES we are insured. If your venue requires vendor insurance documentation, we will happily provide it to them.

When do I receive the pictures?

 Within six weeks after the wedding or event you will receive an email with your online gallery link, password and a link to our mobile App.

If I get a wedding album, how long does it take for me to receive it?

After you have received your online gallery, you will need to select images for your album. This is very simple to do and we will go over how to do this with you. So the timing really depends on how fast you select your album images and on the number of album layout revisions we execute. The printing time is usually 2 weeks.

Do you shoot RAW or Jpeg?

We shoot in RAW! If you want to talk more about why or what is the difference, we will be happy to chat.

How many pictures will I get?

There is no set amount of images we deliver. This answer depends on many factors like one or two photographers, hours on location and so on. Just to give you a ballpark estimate; expect to have around 80 final images per every hour of coverage.

What happens if we go over the contracted amount of time?

We understand that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. We never pack up before the contracted time, and moreover we’re not leaving on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, we will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in your contract.

Do I need to feed you at my wedding?

Well we are humans just like you and run on air, food and water. Chances are by the time your guests sit down to eat, we have been shooting away for hours so if you feed us we will be grateful.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes, Yes, Yes! We love to travel, so take us anywhere!

What additional fees are associated with destination weddings?

We know that you are already spending a ton of cash on your wedding so we do not have any additional fees associated with shooting a destination wedding. All you would be responsible for is to cover the cost associated with our travel.

Have you shot at my venue before?

We have shot at many different venues, so there is a good chance that we have. However, if we have not, we will get to the venue early on the day of and be sure to perform a thorough walk-through to scout out the best photography locations. We also do extensive online research prior to your wedding day!

Do you touch up all the images in our image download?

Yep, we do. Every single image we deliver is post produced with our unique signature style of post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections. We spend a lot of time making sure your final images are awesome!
